About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Carer to join our team. You will be at the heart of our service, transporting clients safely and supporting them with their medication needs in the comfort of their own homes.
What the Role Involves
- Driving to clients' homes across your designated area
- Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans
- Maintaining accurate records of each visit and any changes observed
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Reporting any concerns to the care coordinator promptly
- Full time and part time positions available
