REGEN Clinic is a premium, doctor-led aesthetics, skincare and wellness clinic in Norwich city centre, founded by Dr Chris. We are known locally for our subtle, natural-looking results, our medical-grade skincare expertise, and our flagship Japanese Head Spa — a luxury scalp and wellness ritual unlike anything else in the city.
We work with prescription skincare brands including ZO Skin Health and Obagi Medical, and our facial menu spans HydraFacial, bespoke facials, peels, and advanced skin health protocols. Our clients expect a calm, considered, premium experience — and our team is built around delivering exactly that.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, skin-focused Beauty Therapist to join us three days per week, primarily delivering facials and Japanese Head Spa treatments. The specific working days will be agreed with the successful candidate — flexibility across weekdays and weekends is welcome. This is a hands-on, treatment-led role for someone who genuinely loves skin and wants to develop their expertise within a clinically credible, doctor-led environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
— Delivering bespoke facials, HydraFacial, and advanced skin treatments
— Performing our signature Japanese Head Spa ritual (45, 60, 90 and 120-minute treatments)
— Supporting clients with skincare recommendations using ZO Skin Health and Obagi
— Building lasting client relationships and supporting rebooking and retail attachment
— Maintaining the clinic's premium standards in every interaction

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
— NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy minimum (Level 4 desirable)
— A genuine passion for skin health and facial treatments
— Warm, professional and client-focused with excellent communication
— Calm, polished and confident in a premium clinic setting
— Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a regular three-day weekly pattern
— Previous experience with facials and skincare consultations preferred
— Self-employed working basis (UTR in place or able to register)
— Available to start as soon as possible
WHY REGEN
This is not a high-volume salon role. You will work in a calm, beautifully designed clinic, with treatments that are properly timed and respected. You will be part of a small, doctor-led team where your skin knowledge will be genuinely developed — not just used.
