Nestled within 3,000 historic acres of the National Shooting Centre, The Pavilion Bisley is a unique venue catering primarily to the shooting community while also welcoming visitors from the local area and beyond. Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests—whether they are staying in our accommodation, shooting on our ranges, attending an event or visiting the grounds.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Accommodation and Events Assistant to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Accommodation and Events Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of our accommodation, reception and events. As one of the first points of contact for our guests and visitors, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the successful delivery of our hotel operations and events. This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house hospitality, administration and event support. No two days are the same. One day you may be welcoming hotel guests and managing reservations, while the next you could be preparing event paperwork, liaising with suppliers, setting up a conference room or assisting with an evening function. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys being busy, embraces change, remains calm when priorities shift and can adapt quickly while following direction from management. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to muck in wherever needed.
