Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)

EES require attention to detail in all areas of our company with a team of individuals who carry out work to a very high standard for high demand clients.
We are looking for an organised, motivated and proactive facilities co-ordinator to oversee the day to day running of our maintenance department this role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and wants to help develop and grow an already successful department
This is an office-based role, and we welcome both full-time and part-time applications (minimum 25 hours per week). Working hours can be discussed that suit both the successful candidate and the business.
We require someone who is willing to progress and develop this department brining new ideas to the company.

Training and understanding of lightning protection systems will be provided by EES.
Duties & reasonability
· Review enquiries & generate quotes for clients with associated documentation
· Follow up any outstanding quotations on CRM System
· Program & Plan engineers their daily/weekly work load
· Program & manage contracts with all associated requirements
· Compile Clients Reports from Engineers observations
· Produce remedial quotes for projects
· Work towards agreed monthly targets
· Building & development of relationships with new and existing customers
· Liaise with clients as to their needs
· Retain existing contracts aswel as new.
· Produce Invoicing Schedules for month end.
· Expand the existing client base by actively sourcing new clients
· General Administration
· Producing Method & Risk Assessments (after attending course)
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
