Stockroom Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and proactive Fulfilment and Inventory Coordinator who has knowledge of trainers to join our London store team on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring online orders are picked, quality checked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
You will also take ownership of inventory management and stock accuracy, including receiving stock, recording stock movements, conducting stock checks, managing transfers and maintaining an organised stockroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, quality check, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor courier collections and ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Receive, check, count and label incoming stock.
- Accurately record stock transfers, returns and adjustments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and monthly stock takes.
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment between the London store and warehouse.
- Monitor and order packaging, shipping and other operational supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient stockroom.
- Communicate effectively with the London and Brighton Operations teams.
