Duties
- Manage incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, directing inquiries and taking messages as needed
- Maintain organized office files and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office events or logistics
- Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing mail distribution
- Support financial processes by entering data into Xero and processing invoices or expense reports
- Oversee supply inventory levels, order office supplies proactively, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional
- Updating social media accounts.
Experience
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior administrative experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and managing phone communications
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is preferred but not required
- Excellent typing skills for efficient document preparation and correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good with social media.
