Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including the pub, 6 hotel rooms and communal spaces
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed
- Interact positively with clients and staff, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Good communication skills to interact with diverse individuals
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations
