We are looking for a talented Spa Coordinator to join the Aman team at the award-winning 5-Star Connaught Hotel.

Responsibilities:
As Spa Coordinator, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the Aman Department, covering all aspects of administration in the day to day running of the Department.
You will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate guest flow and bring good administration skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to further their skills and to develop their career in a busy spa environment.
Skills and experience:
You will be an exceptional and confident communicator with the ability to communicate important information effectively and efficiently. A natural team player, you will be passionate about people and working as part of a team to deliver an outstanding guest service experience. You will take an organised and proactive approach to your role with excellent attention to detail to ensure all guest requests and preferences are recorded accurately. You will have a natural ability to anticipate needs and provide clients with intuitive service. Proven experience within a similar role and environment, would be highly beneficial for this role.
