Salt Shore in Southwold is our newest addition to our family run - Goldthorpe Pub group.
Located on The Harbour in Southwold, Salt Shore is a high volume fresh food site, We are looking for someone with real passion for fresh food, A desire to learn and develop and to shine on your section.
Our goal is to offer great food, drink and service and to be the heart of the community for both guests and team.
We have an experienced kitchen team with the simple aim of providing fantastic, freshly prepared food along side great drinks and service.
Our teams are passionate, inspirational, hard working, food lovers. Our work environment is dynamic and fun.
Working with us you will
- Support the Head Chef owner in the running of the kitchen and implementing menus and specials.
- Meet Environmental Health Standards
- Have a passion for food
- Have a positive attitude and want to be a part of a great team and family
- Work positively with the managers and front of house. We have no 'us and them'
- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- A desire to learn, grow and progress
