Do you want to be part of a growing business where the patient comes first?
UK Vein Care, part of Nordic Health Group, is a growing provider of private healthcare specialising in the treatment of venous insufficiency (varicose veins). We are now looking for a dedicated part-time Patient Coordinator to join our Sales Advisor team, handling inbound patient enquiries during our evening and weekend hours.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a fixed, predictable part-time role that fits around study, family commitments, or other work during the week — with the added bonus of working entirely from home, with no commute.
As a Patient Coordinator, you are often the first point of contact for patients considering treatment with us. Your most important task is to make them feel heard and reassured, guide them through their options, and help them take the next step towards booking a consultation.
The role includes, among other things:
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Building trust and rapport with patients, many of whom are contacting us for the first time
Advising patients on treatment options and guiding them towards booking a consultation
Accurately recording enquiries and patient information in our CRM system
Following up with patients to support them through their decision-making process
Contributing to the team's conversion targets and overall patient experience
Shifts:
A fixed, recurring weekly schedule, so you always know where you stand:
Wednesday: 2:30pm–8:00pm
Friday: 2:30pm–8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am–2:00pm
(20 contracted hours per week. Your weekdays stay free during the day. Shifts may be subject to change in line with business needs.)
What we offer:
Competitive hourly pay, plus performance-related bonus
100% home-based
A fixed, reliable schedule that's easy to plan your life around
A warm and professional working environment with dedicated, skilled colleagues
Meaningful work where you contribute to a better experience for our patients every day
What we expect from you:
Experience in a patient coordinator role within a similar healthcare environment is essential
Sociable, service-minded, and enjoy speaking with people over the phone
Reliable, responsible, and confident working independently
Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
Able to work proactively and contribute to improving daily processes
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Employment type: Part-time, 20 contracted hours per week.
