We seek a part-time (approx. 0.5FTE) Music Centre Administrative Assistant to provide a consistent and welcoming staff presence in the exciting Laidlaw Music Centre, and to assist in its running.
The Administrative Assistant positions offer an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive and friendly environment in an outward-facing, customer service role, providing a continuity of service and a staff presence, predominantly in the afternoons/evenings and at weekends during semester, and flexibly during vacations according to the Centre’s activities.
We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, motivation and initiative to work in the vibrant, student and public-focussed environment of the Music Centre.
