We are seeking a talented and professional Qualified Unisex Hairstylist to join our dynamic salon team. Duties
- Deliver expert hair cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing services for both men and women.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mentor junior staff members and assist in training new team members to uphold high standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to store management tasks such as stock replenishment and visual merchandising to create an appealing salon environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a unisex hairstylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling techniques.
- Skills in barbering, colour correction, colouring and balayage
- Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in front desk operations, including appointment booking systems and client record management.
