We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Representative to support our Customer Experience Department in providing world class service and sales to our customer base on a full time basis, primarily at evenings and weekends.
This opportunity is operating three distinct and vibrant brands, Rowen, Pink Boutique & Dressmezee, who are leading players in e-commerce & retail within the North East. We specialise in providing fashion and luxury homewares to our customers and are committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities as Customer Experience Representative are:
- Handling customer service enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Identifying sales opportunities and proactively upselling products based on customer needs.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while promoting alternative products where appropriate.
- Handling phone calls professionally and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Maintaining polite and professional communication across all customer channels.
- Providing feedback to relevant departments on customer comments and improvement suggestions.
- Following all company processes and procedures to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Experience Representative role will be:
