We provide comprehensive vehicle preparation and support services to dealerships, auction houses, motor retailers and fleets across the UK. These include Valeting, Smart Repair, Delivery & Collection, Premises Cleaning, Vehicle Video, and Imaging.
We are currently looking for a Valeting Site Manager to join the management team reporting into the Area Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across our valet bays, ensuring that they are set up correctly and are operating efficiently and managing employees and contractors whilst ensuring that you maintain the service level standards required by the client.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and service delivery at a number of existing accounts within a defined location. The site manager will build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at some of the UKs leading dealership groups and ensure processes and processes meet company standards.
Key Duties:

Manage and monitor daily operations including managing, leading and developing a team

The main point of contact for Motorclean on site for any customer issues

Build relationships with multiple contacts at different levels of seniority as site manager

Ensure the operation is run compliantly - meeting health and safety requirements

Drive and share best practice across the business.

Liaise with Motorclean contractors to ensure compliance and service standards are being met.

Maintain and introduce new operators for the increased workloads.

Meeting all set KPIs and achieving targets alongside, including monitoring quality assurance.

Mentor potential contractors including providing support

Ordering and managing stock of chemicals and cleaning products
Essential Skills:
-
Strong valeting or automotive experience and excellent attention to detail.

Great communication and influencing skills.

Good awareness of health and safety.
-
Ability to write reports and complete paperwork accurately.

A full driving licence held for 1 year.

Desirable Skills
-
Previous coaching and training experience.

Supervisory experience.
-
An understanding of Microsoft Excel.
