Centenary House Nursing Home is looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our dedicated team on an as and when required basis.
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting them to maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing. This flexible role is ideal for individuals who can work shifts as required to cover annual leave, sickness, and periods of increased demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Promote residents' independence, dignity, privacy, and choice at all times.
- Support residents with social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while following all policies and procedures.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
