S&H Property Services Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our expanding team. We are looking for a skilled, dependable individual with a strong work ethic who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
The Role
Working across residential properties, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, including:
- Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
- Basic plumbing
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Plaster patch repairs and making good
- General property maintenance and repairs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a multi-trade operative
- Ability to work across a variety of trades to a high standard
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and within a team
