Our residents enjoy variety in their day and want to continue to use skills and maintain hobbies while living in Willan House. We are looking for someone with imagination and creativity who is able to work with our exisiting team
Role involves
- Planning daily, weekly and seasonal programme
- Engaging with residents and families to develop activities based on abilities and past experience
- Provide support to residents so they can participate in range of activities
- Working with care staff as roles will overlap including helping with mealtimes and drinks and snacks.
- Working within the local community to foster and develop links
Successful applicant will need to have access to transport, home is not on a bus route. Core shift times are 10am - 4pm and may include weekends
