Located in the heart of the town, this role is essential in delivering an exceptional evening experience that reflects our commitment to quality and innovative Japanese-inspired offerings.A food menu that brings traditional japanese elements together with modern cooking techniques that changes seasonally, along with a popular elegant cocktail menu with everyones favourite classics and a carefully crafted signature menu, showcasing premium ingredients, creative techniques and flair.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
- Curate new cocktails and specials for customers
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Assist in stock management and replenishment.
- Contribute to the overall high-end service standards of Gochu Ltd.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Passion for Japanese-inspired cuisine and innovative service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
