Thames Lubricants is a growing supplier of automotive and industrial lubricants, serving customers throughout the UK and internationally. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, technical expertise, and fast order fulfilment.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a varied role combining customer service, administration, and warehouse duties.
The Role
This is a hands-on position that offers a mix of office-based and warehouse responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers while also supporting our warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails
- Contacting existing customers who have not ordered recently
- Making polite and professional overdue payment reminder calls
- Assisting with customer enquiries and order processing
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Supporting other departments as the business grows
- Assisting with general administrative tasks when required
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident and professional on the telephone
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Be comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
- Have basic computer skills
- Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Previous customer service, warehouse, telesales, or credit control experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,788.84 per year
