Lumiere Homes is seeking Supported Living Support Workers in Stourbridge, Dudley to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within supported living settings.

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Supported Living Support Workers to join our professional team in Stourbridge, Dudley and the surrounding areas.
Full training is provided, and previous experience is not mandatory.
Your Role as a Support Worker:
- Assisting with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being
- Preparing meals and ensuring that individuals maintain a nutritious diet
- Supporting medication administration as required
- Assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Aiding with mobility to ensure safe movement within the home
- Supporting individuals with outings, social activities, and medical appointments
- Working in line with individual support plans to meet personal needs and goals, including promoting independence, providing behaviour support, supporting with outings, and encouraging family engagement
Who We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- The right to work in the UK
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- A DBS check (or willingness to apply)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
Desirable:
- Previous experience in supported living, healthcare, or support work
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Knowledge of safeguarding, medication handling, and moving & handling procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A UK driving license and access to a car
