About Us
The Gender Hormone Clinic is a specialist, nurse-led healthcare service providing individualised hormone care to adults aged 18 and over.
We are a growing, supportive and forward-thinking clinical team with a strong emphasis on compassionate, evidence-informed care, patient safety and excellent clinical governance.
As our service continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of six years’ post-registration experience to join our team in Stafford.
The Role

- Produce accurate, high-quality clinical documentation and correspondence to GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with prescribing clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Recognise clinical, psychological and safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately.
- Participate in clinical governance, audit, training and continuing professional development.
