We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on and experienced warehouse manager to join our well established, dynamic business at our Kimbolton Head Office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in team management, stock management, product assembly and despatch.
House of Flags is one of the leading UK suppliers of large format print and visually effective promotional display solutions. We offer a range of products including flags, flagpoles, banners, display stands and signage.
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 Dependent on experience
Location: Head Office in Kimbolton

Main Purpose of the Job:
This is just an overall summary of the job and is not a full list of job responsibilities
· Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the warehouse team.
· Supervise a small team, providing guidance and support.
· Handling the movement of products in and out of the business.
· Unloading and loading of lorries/couriers – Forklift license would be ideal.
· Picking and packing of shipments according to the order sheets.
· Ensuring all stock is labelled and stored in the correct location
· Ensuring stock levels are accurate.
· Maintaining clean and tidy warehouse areas.
· Working with our ERP system for despatch, booking in and stock management.
· Carry out quality checking, including measuring, colour checks and finishing checks
The Ideal Candidate:
· A productive individual with a leadership skills.
· Fit and healthy as manual labour will be required (e.g. packing, lifting, moving boxes and goods).
· Previous experience working in a warehouse.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Can do, hands on attitude.
· Experience in using ERP and stock management systems.
· Qualified to operate reach and counterbalance forklifts alongside other warehouse equipment.
· A commitment to ensuring quality standards are met.
Work Schedule:
· 40 hours per week
· Overtime when required
