Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to manage our IT repair shop. The ideal candidate will possess both IT expertise and hands-on repair experience, overseeing the store’s daily operations from start to finish. This includes managing stock, liaising with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service related to IT repairs and our vape section.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about smartphone repairs, eager to enhance their skills, or experienced technicians ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Store Operations & Vape Sales: Oversee, restock, and actively serve customers in our dedicated vape section alongside managing repair services.
- Ensure Exceptional Quality: Consistently deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail and precision.
- Maintain Efficiency: Meet daily repair output targets while ensuring efficiency and speed without compromising quality.
- Organize Workspace: Keep your workstation and retail areas clean and well-organised to ensure a productive environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern technology and general vape products.
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team.
- (Preferably) Previous experience repairing high-end mobile devices like Apple and Samsung.
