Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance with inquiries.
- Manage front desk activities, including check-ins, reservations, and membership registrations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a professional appearance.
- Support management with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating member records.
- Assist in coordinating leisure club activities, events, and facility bookings to enhance member engagement.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any issues or incidents promptly to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably within a leisure or wellness environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

- Demonstrated knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
