About the Role
We are looking an Account Executive who plays a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensuring their needs are met through the company's manufacturing products and services. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, the Account Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
In addition to managing existing customer relationships, the Account Executive actively seeks new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments. The role requires close collaboration with production, planning, quality assurance, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Communicate with current customers about new orders and new products.
- Coordinate with R&D team and production team to produce sample for customer approval
- Generate sales invoices and packing list for a supervisor(director) approval. Ensure invoice and packing list documents are correct and match to POs.
- Coordinate with office administrator to book delivery
- Manage and reply to inbound enquiries from websites, answer telephone calls from customers
- CRM updates, customer records, and samples.
- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for further business
- Prospect and acquire new wholesale or brand clients.
- Forecast and update on actual Sales. Analyze client buying patterns to forecast demand.
- Propose KPIs and quarter and annual Sales Target
- Strategy to acquire more sales for existing customers and new customers.
- Conduct product presentations and sample demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and payment terms.
- Work with production to ensure delivery schedules meet client expectations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare product catalogs, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with production and logistics on order timelines.
- Create blog content and design email marketing
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions when required.
