At INDIdog Harbourside, we’re looking for an energetic, experienced, and guest-focused Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team on Falmouth Harbourside.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment and brings positive energy to every shift.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years’ table service experience
- Previous experience working in large, high-volume restaurants
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced but vibrant hospitality environment
- Barista trained
- Confident behind the bar with cocktail making experience highly required
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering warm, attentive and engaging service
- Building genuine rapport with guests
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and confidently
- Preparing coffees and cocktails to a high standard
- Supporting the wider restaurant and bar team during busy services
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment
- Going above and beyond to ensure guests leave having had an amazing experience
