We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Roofing Contractor to join our team and lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems across various projects. Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using a variety of materials and techniques
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of roofing projects
- Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate tasks such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, or heavy lifting as needed for complex roofing structures
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage material inventory, order supplies when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met on time
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing installation and repair within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to roofing projects
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with carpentry, masonry, plumbing or other construction trades is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise craftsmanship
- Relevant construction certifications or licenses preferred but not required
