The Golden Lion on Dunston Rd in Hartlepool - we have a vacancy for a chef de partie, this is a great opportunity to join the team in our busy kitchen, Our Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background and who has worked in a fresh food environment. You must have experience of cooking good quality all fresh food, brasserie experience will be seriously considered. You will be keeping our high standard to our signature dishes and our specials board. This quality Pub/Restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. Function experience would be welcomed but not necessary. To offer flexibility we have part time and full time hours available, we pay an hourly rate, full time hours are 40 hours per week with a gross of approximately £30,100.00 per annum, part time hours can be discussed at interview.
