Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative on behalf of a leading manufacturing client just outside of the Colchester area. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering a stable schedule and a supportive team environment.

The Role
- Precision Assembly: Building trolleys and trailers using hand tools and air-powered equipment.
- Production Support: Loading and unloading robot welding cells.
- Manual Handling: Moving heavy items and materials (full safety training provided).
- Quality Control: Conducting thorough inspections of finished products before they move to dispatch.
Shifts
- Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (No Weekend Work)
Your Experience/ Requirements
- Assembly/ Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required for this role
- Practical Skills: Comfortable working with your hands and using various tools.
- Fitness: Physically capable of manual work and standing for the duration of your shift.
- Transport: Must have your own transport due to the site's location and limited public transport links.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or forklift experience is a bonus but not required.
