Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Arched Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing aluminium arches used in architectural and construction projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in fabricating and a keen eye for detail to contribute to high-quality bespoke products. A strong understanding of mechanical processes and basic maths is essential to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the fabrication process.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate aluminium arches according to detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools, grinding equipment, and other tooling to cut, shape, and assemble aluminium components
- Measure materials accurately using basic maths skills to ensure correct dimensions. This also requires an understanding of angles and geometrics such as working to a particular Radius.
- Assist in the assembly of finished arches, checking for quality control standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fabrication
- Proficiency with hand tools, grinding equipment, and tooling used in aluminium fabrication
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Good understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes
- Experience in assembly work is desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finished products
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£31,500.00 per year
