Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, corridors, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to meet health and safety standards
- Collect and dispose of waste responsibly, ensuring recycling protocols are followed where applicable
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
- Use commercial cleaning techniques to achieve high standards of hygiene and presentation in all assigned areas
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable
- Familiarity with various cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment used in professional environments
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous
