Experienced Qualified Bench Joiner required for a busy family run, well established bespoke joinery manufacturer in Ilkeston.
We are currently seeking a permanent Bench Joiner to work along side existing staff within a busy environment making various bespoke items, for example, Fire rated door sets, windows, French doors, bi-fold door sets, orangeries & also various internal furniture such as reception counters.
Ideally, the successful applicant must be able to work to high standards & have a good knowledge of materials used within the wood industry. Responsibilities would also include set out and manufacturing from drawings and specifications, wood machining & maintaining a safe environment.
Applicants should be physically fit as some heavy lifting will be involved.
Hours of work are 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7.30 a.m to 2.00 p.m Friday
Hourly Rate will be dependent on age & experience.
