What you'll do:
- Develop and manage learning and development strategies that support organisational objectives.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programmes for employees and professional learners.
- Identify learning needs and recommend effective training solutions.
- Oversee onboarding, leadership development, and skills enhancement initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and learning outcomes.
- Manage learning resources, digital learning platforms, and training materials.
- Collaborate with managers to support employee development and career progression.
- Coordinate external training providers and professional development partnerships.
- Monitor training budgets, schedules, and programme performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in learning and development, training, education, HR, organisational development, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple training programmes and priorities.
- Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,500.00 per month
