Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, hard working and reliable individual to join our garden maintenance team. They will need to be passionate and willing to learn. This role is best suited for an individual with little to no experience in gardening. Training will be practical and on site with opportunities of becoming a future team leader. This will be a 12 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, subject to availability.
Responsibilities
- Perform grounds-keeping duties, including planting, pruning, weeding, and hedge cutting.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications
- No gardening experience required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- A valid driving license is advantageous but not required.
