We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Brow and Lash Specialist to join our beauty bar in the centre:mk
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work. Saturday availability is essential, with opportunities for additional shifts throughout the week, during busy periods and to support the wider team when required.
About the Role
Are you confident in your brow and lash skills and ready to grow with an ambitious and supportive brand? We’re hiring experienced beauticians (min. 2 years) who specialise in:
- Eyebrow threading & waxing (core required service)
- Lash lifts & lash extensions
- Tinting & brow lamination

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional brow and lash services with a client-first approach
- Maintain hygiene and presentation to the highest standards
- Recommend and sell aftercare/retail products where appropriate
- Communicate clearly with clients to tailor treatments to their needs
- Uphold the EYEBRŌW tone and customer experience throughout the service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty treatments with a strong brow/lash focus
- Relevant beauty qualifications
- Previous brow and beauty experience
- Relevant beauty qualifications
- Professional, reliable and friendly attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability on Saturdays
