Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience

Proven track record of delivering 2–3 full lifecycle Workday implementations

Strong functional configuration expertise in Workday HCM
Experience with:
- Business Process Framework (BPF)

Security configuration
-
Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)

Strong stakeholder management skills, working with HR teams and business leadership

Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
Desirable Experience:

Experience working within Public Sector or highly regulated environments

Understanding of UK HR regulations and policies

Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruitment
Certifications:

Workday HCM Certification (active or previously held)
Additional Requirements:

Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
