Job Summary
We are currently recruiting Part-Time Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our team at McCullagh’s Classic.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a busy retail environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for helping receive, move and replenish stock throughout the store, ensuring products are available and presented correctly for our customers.
Please note: All applicants must NOT be in full-time education due to the daytime working hours required for this position.
Working Hours
The normal shift times for this position are:
Monday to Friday – 9:30am to 2:30pm
The role will normally involve 15–25 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business.
Applicants must also be willing to work occasional overtime/additional shifts when required to suit business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and moving stock deliveries.
- Replenishing shelves and displays throughout the store.
- Moving delivery cages and stock around the premises.
- Carrying out some heavy lifting as part of normal duties.
- Ensuring stock is rotated and displayed correctly.
- Keeping stock and storage areas clean, tidy and organised.
- Working efficiently to ensure stock is replenished within required timescales.
- Assisting other members of the team when required.
We are looking for applicants who:
- Are reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Are able to work 9:30am–2:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Are not currently in full-time education.
- Are flexible and willing to work occasional additional hours when required.
- Are physically capable of carrying out a demanding role involving delivery cages, stock movement and some heavy lifting.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.
Previous retail or stock replenishment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
