About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Engagement Manager / Associate Manager – Client Services to drive strategic account growth and strengthen long-term client relationships within the Resources industry. This role is ideal for a client-facing professional with a proven track record of expanding existing enterprise accounts, managing executive stakeholder relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within established customers.
You will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and clients to develop account strategies, manage commercial discussions, and ensure successful delivery while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including CXOs and senior business executives.
- Drive account growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Understand client business objectives, organizational priorities, and industry challenges to position relevant consulting and technology solutions.
- Develop account plans, pursuit strategies, and sales pipelines to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and strengthen account strategies.
- Lead customer presentations, executive workshops, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution documentation aligned with client requirements.
- Manage pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and Master Service Agreement (MSA) processes.
- Collaborate with delivery, solution, and practice teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while preventing customer escalations.
- Maintain account governance, reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Build strong internal relationships across sales, delivery, and leadership teams to maximize account success.
- Represent the organization's capabilities and service offerings to clients across the Resources industry.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Services, Client Engagement, or Business Development (Account Farming) within the IT Services or Consulting industry.
- Demonstrated success in growing existing enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong experience managing executive relationships with CXO and CXO-1 stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise account planning and strategic client management.
- Experience preparing proposals, leading client presentations, and responding to RFPs.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and MSA management.
- Good understanding of the Global Delivery Model and large-scale IT services engagements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with delivery, consulting, and technical teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a consultative approach.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with clients in the Mining & Metals, Agriculture, Building Materials, Natural Resources, or Industrial sectors.
- Experience managing large enterprise or global accounts.
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, data, ERP, engineering, or enterprise technology services.
- Experience leading multi-country or geographically distributed customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Pay: £110,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
