Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, massages, and specialized Korean beauty therapies with precision and care
- Apply makeup professionally for clients seeking cosmetic enhancement or special occasions
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to enhance their results and satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with clients in both Korean and English to ensure their comfort, understanding, and trust throughout their visit
Skills
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within luxury or medical spa settings
- Expertise in makeup application and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Knowledge of Korean beauty techniques, skincare products, and current trends in aesthetics
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
