Every kitchen needs someone who keeps the whole thing moving. Usually,that person is standing next to a very full sink.
We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen clean,organised and ready for service. You’ll work alongside the chefs in a busy environment where everyone gets stuck in and no one is too important to carry a tray.
Experience is useful,but it isn’t essential. We’ll show you what you need to know.

Washing pans,plates,dishes and kitchen equipment

Keeping the wash-up area clean and organised

Cleaning floors,surfaces and kitchen areas

Sanitising food-preparation surfaces

Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules

Removing waste and recycling safely

Making sure clean equipment is ready when the chefs need it

Using cleaning products and equipment correctly

Helping with basic food preparation when required

Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
