We’re a growing, family-run business selling cleaning and household products to customers across the UK.
We ship thousands of orders every day and sell across a number of major online platforms. Social media is an increasingly important part of our business, and we’re looking for someone creative and confident to help us take our content to the next level.
This isn’t a corporate marketing role. You’ll be joining a friendly existing team where you’ll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas, try new things and have a genuine impact on how our brands are seen online.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Presenter who enjoys creating short-form video content and, importantly, is comfortable being in front of the camera.
You’ll help create engaging, natural content around our products, our business and what happens behind the scenes.
Your role will include:
- Planning, filming and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Being comfortable appearing on camera and potentially becoming a recognisable face of our brands
- Creating product demonstrations, how-to videos, promotional content and behind-the-scenes videos
- Coming up with new content ideas and keeping an eye on social media trends
- Writing captions and helping schedule and publish content
- Replying to comments and interacting with our followers
- Looking at which videos perform well and using this to improve future content
- Working alongside our existing team to plan products, promotions and content
- Helping us develop the personality and presence of our brands across social media
About You
You don’t need years of professional marketing experience. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, creativity and understanding of social media.
Ideally, you’ll:
- Have some previous experience creating videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar
- Be confident and natural speaking on camera
- Know how to film and edit good-quality short-form videos
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling and watch
- Be creative and comfortable suggesting your own ideas
- Be organised and able to manage your own workload
- Be willing to experiment with different styles of content and learn from what performs well
- Enjoy working as part of a small, friendly team
Experience doesn’t necessarily need to come from a previous job. If you’ve successfully created content for your own social media accounts, a small business, university or personal projects, we’d still like to hear from you.
Flexible Working
We want to find the right person, so we’re happy to be flexible around working hours.
The role will primarily be based at our site in Amotherby, as you’ll need access to our products, warehouse and team to create content.
However, some tasks such as responding to comments, engaging with followers or planning content can naturally be done more flexibly.
This could therefore suit someone looking for a part-time role that can work around other commitments.

We’re not looking for someone simply to tick off a set number of videos every day.
We want someone who can consistently create engaging content, learn what our audience responds to and help us steadily grow our social media presence and sales.
We’ll agree realistic goals together and give you the freedom to experiment with new ideas.
