Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse RGN to join our healthcare team at High Peak Residential and Nursing Home Main Lane, Kenyon, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 4AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a clinical setting, ensuring the well-being and safety of all patients. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to the healthcare team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Assist with medical procedures and support patients through their treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care.
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Compassionate approach with strong communication skills to support patients’ emotional well-being.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to NHS or equivalent standards of practice.

Pay: £22.00-£22.50 per hour
