At Vertu Peugeot Exeter, we're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful and welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with one of the UK's largest and most respected automotive retail groups, representing a well-known and trusted automotive brand.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, acting as the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You'll ensure every customer receives a professional, seamless experience from the moment they arrive, keeping them informed throughout the service and repair process and building trust every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing and repair requirements
- Managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection
- Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and satisfaction levels remain high
- Following up with customers after their visit to ensure they are delighted with the service received
Previous customer-facing experience is essential for this role, and whilst automotive Service Advisor experience would be advantageous, it's not a requirement. We are keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine passion for customer service and relationship building.
