We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Food & Beverage Assistant at Cally Palace Hotel & Golf Course. Cally Palace is situated in Gatehouse of Fleet, approximately 14 miles west of Castle Douglas.
The ideal person should have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests, although training will be provided to the successful candidate if required. There may be a requirement to work split shifts at times so the ability to get to Cally Palace Hotel easily is essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
- Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas.
- Deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
- Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to theses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained.
