The role
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering healthcare equipment safely, accurately and on time.
- Providing a friendly, professional and compassionate service.
- Communicating with patients, carers, healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Loading, unloading and handling equipment safely.
- Managing your routes and time effectively.
- Completing delivery records accurately.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and following all health & safety requirements.
- Reporting any issues or customer concerns promptly.
- Representing Life Couriers positively at every delivery.
What we're looking for
You don't need previous healthcare experience. We want someone who is:
- A confident and responsible driver with a full UK driving licence.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Friendly, patient and professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Physically able to safely handle and move equipment.
- Calm under pressure and able to deal with unexpected situations.
- Someone who takes responsibility and genuinely cares about helping people.
