About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HGV1 Class 1 Nightshift Double person Driverto join their team in Bothwell. This could also lead to a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity to work with a reputable company that values your skills and is committed to fostering your professional growth.
You will play an integral role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to stores and regional distribution centres (RDCs) while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards. The role combines long distance trunking work with tasks that include.
Key Responsibilities for LGV1 Nightshift Double person Driver

Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently for trunking

Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

Complete delivery documentation and logs with accuracy.

Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness.

Deliver high-quality customer service at delivery sites, acting as a professional representative of our client.

What We're Looking For LGV1 Nightshift Double person Driver
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 months' Class 1 (LGV1) driving experience. May accept new passed, Class 1 Drivers
- Licenses & Certifications:
- A valid Class 1 (LGV1) License.

A current Driver CPC Qualification Card.

An active Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 9 penalty points (Strictly no DR or DD endorsements).
- Ability to work shifts starting between 17.00- 18.00 as per the assigned schedule.
- Deep understanding of health & safety requirements, with a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
