Bar / FOH Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a Bar / Front of House Supervisor to help keep things running smoothly at The Brick.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be on the floor, on the bar, and right in the middle of it – looking after the team, the service, and the atmosphere.
The role
- Running shifts and keeping service flowing
- Leading the team when it’s busy (and when it’s not)
- Making sure guests feel welcome, looked after, and happy to stay for another
- Supporting and training the team
- Keeping standards high without making it feel stuffy
You’ll suit this if you
- Have solid bar or hospitality experience
- Are confident, calm, and good with people
- Lead by example rather than shouting from the sidelines
- Care about good beer, proper service, and doing things right
