Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman
Strand-Build have just taken on new contracts and we are keen to build our team.
Ideally we are looking for multi-skilled trades people that can be trained in the following;
Carpenter with additional skills, kitchen fitting, decorating, tiling, minor plumbing
Decorators with additions skills, patch plastering, crack repairs, tiling
Wet trades including crack repairs, plastering, self levelling, bricklaying
Ideally applicants will have the following:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Full Clean driving license/Reliable Vehicle
- Buildings related insurance repairs experience
We are seeking trades with a 'can-do' attitude and a 'customer-focused approach' to the way they work. As a lot of our projects and works are based in occupied properties.

- buildings insurance industry: 5 years (preferred)
