Weston, Cheshire | Gastropub & Hotel
Hotel Manager
Full-time, Permanent | £33,000–£36,000 per year | 45 hours per week
Monday–Sunday (5 days per week, including weekends and early morning shifts)
About The White Lion
The White Lion is one of Cheshire’s most distinctive hospitality venues — a Grade II listed gastropub and hotel dating back to 1652, set in the picturesque semi-rural village of Weston. With 17 bedrooms, a 120-cover restaurant, large outdoor spaces, two function rooms, and an 80-space car park, we have built a strong reputation for outstanding food, service, and events.
Our in-house restaurant, 1652, serves home-cooked food from local produce, complemented by fine wines, cocktails, and guest ales. We host weddings, corporate events, and private functions throughout the year, drawing guests from the nearby Wychwood Park golf course, Crewe Hall, and beyond.
We’re looking for a Hotel Manager who takes genuine pride in the guest experience and wants to be a central part of what makes this place special.
