Potlocks Day Nursery is opening its doors this September, and we're looking for passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our founding team.

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional care and education for our children every day. You'll work alongside a supportive team to create engaging experiences, build meaningful relationships with families, and ensure every child feels safe, valued and inspired.
No two days are the same. One day you might be exploring nature outdoors, the next supporting a child's first steps, reading stories, creating messy play, or helping children discover something new.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Creating exciting learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors
- Supporting children's individual interests, development and wellbeing
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive team
- Promoting safeguarding and children's welfare at all times
- Helping create a nursery where children, families and colleagues feel they truly belong
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Is passionate about giving children the very best start in life
- Has a warm, caring and positive approach
- Enjoys learning, developing and sharing ideas
- Loves spending time outdoors and embracing nature-based learning
- Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding care every single day
